Vivek Singh is set to take over at Ember Yard for one night only! Ember yard is the fourth restaurant from the Salt Yard Group, located in the heart of Soho and serving food inspired by Spanish and Italian methods of cooking over charcoal.
On the evening of Monday 28th September, Vivek will be the guest chef, taking over the grill at Ember Yard and serving up a selection of tapas-sized dishes in collaboration with Cinnamon Soho, chosen to suit the Ember Yard style of cooking over charcoal and wood. The special menu will include dishes such as Punjabi spiced whitebait, Kerala spiced sea bream in banana leaf & carrot halwa spring roll with clove ice cream.
