We are thrilled to announce that  Spice at Home, by acclaimed Chef Vivek Singh, has won the Best Easy Recipe UK award from The Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. Gourmand celebrates the very best of food publishing globally, recognising the best cookbooks of the year from a range of different categories and cuisines.

We are proud that Spice at home is being recognised and commended for it’s easy to follow recipes, which are perfect for home cooking. Some of the few delicious treats in the book  includes every day modern Indian Cuisine such as  breakfast  style Indian pancakes and duck egg curry, lunch ideas including chilli chicken toasties and spicy fish fingers, and supper selections from crab and curry leaf risotto to lamb shank rogan josh.

Having won the national award, Spice at Home has now qualified to participate in the world competition – The Best in the World Gourmand Award winners are to be announced in Yantai, China in June.
