Vivek Singh will be Guest Chef at Mark Hix’s Kitchen Library Series this May
On Wednesday 3rd May, for one night only, as part of a special series of dinners at Mark’s Shoreditch restaurant Tramshed, the two chefs will collaborate for an exclusive evening of great food, drink, company and conversation. Guests are in for an exclusive treat, as Mark and Vivek will be preparing a unique four-course menu, paired with carefully selected wines. The evening promises to be an engaging showcase of British ingredients given an Indian twist – expect aromatic flavours and spice a plenty! Each guest will receive a goody bag which will include a signed cookbook from one of the chefs of the evening. The evening will start with canapes and cocktails from 7pm.
Vivek Singh has long been inspired by Mark Hix, who shares a similar ethos of fluidity and flexibility in his cooking, as well as a passion for quality local ingredients and supporting British producers and suppliers.
