Together with Hari Nagaraj, Rakesh Ravindran Nair and Raju Ramachandran I look forward to covering a range of topics such as Kebabs & Biryanis and Holi & Streetfood.
All of our masterclasses are suitable for experts as well as those with very little expertise and experience in the kitchen. So whether you’re an enthusiastic beginner or a confident cook, this is a unique opportunity to learn and unravel the secrets of Cinnamon Collection’s favourite dishes.

Each cookery masterclass has a different theme where a variety of dishes will be taught and cooked. The chefs make sure to set out an exciting, interactive and delicious program for you.
Beginning with a welcome drink, guests start their masterclass experience with an exclusive ‘behind the scenes’ tour of a working kitchen. The class teaches participants how to use traditional and modern Indian cooking methods to make a range of dishes for that particular theme. In 2018 we have an exciting calendar with themes such as Indian Cooking without Allergens, the Diwali Special and Game Special. A three-course lunch, showcasing all of the dishes cooked in the class, together with paired wines, finishes your afternoon perfectly. To take home, a goody bag comes complete with a signed cookery book, spices and detailed recipes.
