Vivek Singh is delighted to announce a fantastic series of collaborative dinners, where he will be teaming up with four of London’s most talented chefs this summer for a series of one-off collaborative dinners at his renowned modern-Indian restaurant, The Cinnamon Club.
First up in June, Vivek will join forces with Adam Handling of The Frog, followed by Agnar Sverrisson of Texture in June, Jose Pizarro of Pizarro in July, and Mark Hix of Hix in September. The collaboration dinners will showcase each chef’s individual talent, whilst also reflecting the host venue’s style, and no two dinners will be the same. Vivek Singh will return the favour in Autumn 2017 by cooking in each of the guest chefs’ own restaurants. Check back soon for more details on these upcoming events!
The series of dinners will feature five courses that fuse Vivek’s signature modern-Indian cooking with each chef’s individual culinary flair. The Cinnamon Club’s wine expert, Laurent Chaniac, will expertly pair wines to each dish.
